ADI provides its developers with the necessary paperwork to acquire the contact information from the buyer. Afterwards, the loan process is in the hands of an ADI advisor. After receiving the buyer contact information, one of ADI's advisors begins processing the loan. A licensed professional is responsible for taking the loan application and answers any questions the buyer may have.
